Moxy Hotels is coming soon to the arctic capital of Tromsø, Norway. Construction has begun and the hotel is expected to open its doors in 2023.  The 200 rooms will be certified by BREEAM as a sustainable building and by Green Key for sustainable operations.

Moxy is Marriott’s hip brand “offering a playful hotel experience for the young at heart” and “boldly breaking the rules of a conventional hotel stay across the globe” according to press releases.

The Moxy Tromsø will be operated by Core Hospitality, a Denmark based white-label operator, who currently operates two Moxy’s in Copenhagen and Bergen, Norway plus a Best Western at the Copenhagen Airport. Two other Copenhagen properties are planned for 2023.
